How fees are shown

Smoovin shows the fees exactly as the listing states them and never estimates. Fees written as “1 month” or “50% of rent” are converted using the listed rent and labeled as calculated. Every portal gets the same two figures: rent + management, and the one-time move-in fees the listing states, never including your first month. Smoovin says which key fees are missing, so a figure is never mistaken for the full cost, and listings from different portals can be compared side by side.

Your saved listings stay on your computer

Saved listings and settings live in your browser. Only an approximate location, address or station name is sent to public map services, and only a currency request goes to the exchange-rate service. The Privacy page, linked at the bottom of every page, lists exactly what Smoovin reads, stores and sends.
